1. What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit on the form:

• Your full name and (optional) job title
• Your work email address
• Your phone number, including country code
• Your company name and (optional) parent company group name
• The country and city your business operates from
• A branch name you specify

We also collect basic technical information automatically: your IP address (briefly, for spam prevention) and aggregate page-view statistics through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: provisioning and supporting your LogiSoft trial.

• Creating your sandboxed trial tenant
• Sending the activation email and OTP
• Following up about your trial experience
• Responding to questions you ask us

3. How long we keep it

If you start a trial but do not convert to a paid account, we retain your demo data for fourteen (14) days after the trial ends, then delete it. If you convert to a paid account, your data is retained for as long as your account is active, subject to the terms of your subscription.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run LogiSoft: our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and our anti-spam services. These providers act under our instructions and are bound to keep your data confidential.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email faisal@dynamicsoft.biz and we'll respond within five business days.

6. Cookies

This website does not use third-party tracking cookies. We use a small number of technical cookies (or local storage) to remember your form input between steps of the demo wizard, so a page refresh doesn't lose your data. This information stays in your browser and is cleared automatically when your trial is provisioned.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on this page.
