Terms of Service

1. Trial accounts
When you request a demo through this site, we provision a sandboxed LogiSoft tenant for your evaluation. The trial is provided free of charge for fourteen (14) days from the date of activation. No payment information is collected for the trial.
2. No service level commitments
Demo tenants are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, response time, or data durability for trial accounts. The trial environment may be subject to maintenance, upgrades, or restarts without notice.
3. Trial data
Any data entered into a demo tenant — whether real or sample — may be deleted at any time after the trial period ends, without prior notice. Do not rely on a demo tenant to store operational records.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the LogiSoft platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or to other tenants' data; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (d) resell, lease, or sublicense access to third parties without our written consent; or (e) send spam, malware, or any other unwanted communications through the platform.
5. Intellectual property
LogiSoft and all related software, documentation, and branding are the property of Dynamic Software Solution. You retain ownership of the data you enter into LogiSoft. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of operating the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any trial account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe the account is being used in violation of these terms or in a manner that could harm the platform or other users.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Software Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the demo tenant or this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on this page.
